MARKETING SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Marketing Services Agreement is between Wealthlink Media LLC ("Wealthlink Media") and the undersigned client ("Client").
By signing, Client agrees to the terms below.
1. SERVICES AND PRICING
Initial Payment: $1,247
Monthly Payment: $997 per month
The $1,247 initial payment is due before work begins.
After that, the $997 monthly payment automatically renews each month until Client cancels according to this Agreement.

Service and location pages
Search engine optimization
Google Business Profile optimization
Local citation building and management
SEO content and blog publishing
CRM setup and management
Five Star Review System
Website hosting, security, and maintenance
Performance monitoring and support
2. WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
Wealthlink Media will build and publish a new website using our SEO frameworks, templates, page structures, and ranking strategies.
Client must provide the information and access needed to complete the website, including photos, business information, credentials, and approvals.
Website completion time depends on Client responsiveness and does not begin until all required information and access have been provided.
Wealthlink Media determines the website's SEO structure, page structure, keyword targeting, and overall ranking strategy.
3. WEBSITE OWNERSHIP AND BUYOUT
The website, its files, SEO configuration, and structure remain the property of Wealthlink Media while Client uses the monthly service.
Client may purchase ownership of the website at any time for a $1,500 one time website buyout.
The buyout includes ownership and transfer of the WordPress website, website files, and database.
The buyout does not include Wealthlink Media's CRM, Five Star Review System, citation accounts, proprietary software, automations, templates, SEO processes, or other internal systems.
If services are canceled without completing the $1,500 website buyout, Wealthlink Media may take the website offline. Client always retains ownership of its domain name and original business assets.
4. 90 DAY TOP 3 GOOGLE COMMITMENT AND REFUND ELIGIBILITY
The approximately 90 day performance period begins only after the Client's new website has been completed, published, and is live. It does not begin on the signup date, onboarding date, or date of the initial payment.
Google ranking performance will be measured using a geographic Google Maps ranking heat map comparing the Client's starting rankings with rankings at approximately 90 days after the new website goes live.
If at least one heat map scan point that was outside Google's Top 3 at the beginning of the performance period reaches position 1, 2, or 3, Wealthlink Media has satisfied the Top 3 Google commitment and no performance refund will be owed.
The guarantee does not require every keyword, geographic area, or heat map scan point to reach the Top 3. One qualifying scan point reaching position 1, 2, or 3 satisfies the commitment.
If no qualifying scan point reaches the Top 3 during the performance period, Client may request a full performance refund, provided Client has met all of the following requirements:
Client must use Wealthlink Media's Five Star Review System at least two (2) times per month, every month during the performance period.
All payments must remain current and in good standing.
Client must maintain an active, verified, and policy compliant Google Business Profile.
Client must provide requested information, credentials, approvals, and access in a timely manner.
Client must respond to legitimate leads and customer inquiries.
Client or any third party must not make unauthorized changes to the website, SEO, Google Business Profile, citations, CRM, hosting, or related systems.
Client must not hire or allow another SEO company, marketing agency, contractor, or third party to work on the same website, Google Business Profile, or SEO campaign during the performance period.
Failure to satisfy any of these requirements makes Client ineligible for the performance refund.
Ranking results, review system usage, website publication date, payments, and other eligibility requirements may be verified through Wealthlink Media's records and applicable third party reporting systems.
5. WEBSITE CHANGES
Client receives one reasonable revision round following completion of the website, limited to photos, wording, business information, and factual corrections.
Changes to website structure, SEO strategy, page layouts, keyword targeting, internal linking, or other custom development are not included.
Additional custom work may be quoted separately and will not begin without Client approval.
Unauthorized changes made by Client or another party may negatively affect rankings and may void the 90 Day Top 3 Google Commitment.
6. MARKETING RESULTS
Marketing results vary based on competition, location, market conditions, reviews, Client responsiveness, Google algorithm changes, and other factors outside Wealthlink Media's control.
Except for the specific 90 Day Top 3 Google Commitment described in Section 4, Wealthlink Media does not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, jobs, sales, revenue, traffic, or rankings.
7. CRM AND REVIEW SYSTEM
Wealthlink Media provides Client access to its CRM and Five Star Review System while Client maintains an active monthly subscription.
Client is responsible for submitting legitimate completed customers into the system so review requests can be sent.
Client agrees to comply with applicable laws and platform policies regarding review solicitation and customer communications. Reviews may not be fabricated, purchased, improperly incentivized, or otherwise obtained in violation of platform policies.
8. CANCELLATION
This Agreement is month to month.
Client may cancel by providing written notice to [email protected] at least seven (7) days before the next billing date.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation before completion of the approximately 90 day performance period does not qualify Client for a performance refund.
If Client cancels without purchasing the website for $1,500, Wealthlink Media may discontinue hosting and take the website offline.
9. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND BILLING DISPUTES
Except for a Client who qualifies for the performance refund specifically described in Section 4, payments are non refundable.
Client agrees to contact Wealthlink Media in writing regarding any billing or service dispute and provide Wealthlink Media a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue before pursuing outside remedies.
Failure to qualify for the 90 Day Top 3 Google Commitment refund does not create any other right to a refund, credit, or reimbursement.
10. THIRD PARTY PLATFORMS
Services rely on third party platforms including Google, WordPress, citation directories, hosting providers, CRM providers, and other technology services.
Wealthlink Media is not responsible for outages, suspensions, verification issues, algorithm changes, policy changes, account restrictions, or other actions outside its reasonable control.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Wealthlink Media retains ownership of its proprietary SEO methods, templates, systems, workflows, automations, software, ranking strategies, and processes.
Client retains ownership of its business name, trademarks, logos, domain name, customer information, and original materials supplied by Client.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealthlink Media's total liability arising from this Agreement will not exceed the amount actually paid by Client to Wealthlink Media during the applicable performance period.
Wealthlink Media is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profit damages.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
The Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith written communication.
Any unresolved dispute will be handled through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the complete agreement between Wealthlink Media and Client regarding these services and replaces prior verbal or written representations concerning the same services.
Any guarantee, refund commitment, or performance promise must be expressly stated in this Agreement to be binding.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, Client specifically acknowledges:
I understand the initial payment is $1,247 and ongoing service is $997 per month.
I understand the website remains the property of Wealthlink Media unless I purchase it for $1,500.
I understand the approximately 90 day performance period does not begin until my new website is completed, published, and live.
I understand that if at least one qualifying heat map scan point moves from outside Google's Top 3 into position 1, 2, or 3, Wealthlink Media has satisfied its Top 3 Google commitment and I am not entitled to a performance refund.
I understand I must use Wealthlink Media's Five Star Review System at least two times per month, every month, and satisfy all other requirements in Section 4 to remain eligible for the performance refund.
I understand that failure to satisfy any refund eligibility requirement makes me ineligible for the performance refund.
